Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
Managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports
Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with good skills may apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of job portals and hiring processes
